Events to commemorate the Centenary of the Armistice

Whalley Remembers is a small group of community volunteers formed to organise events for the village and local area. Huge thanks to the many amazing people who have freely and willingly given their time to put on these events. Please take the time to visit all the lovely shops, businesses, local pubs, cafes and generally take in the Whalley sights!

We would like to thank our funders: Merseycare NHS Trust, The Heritage Lottery Fund, Whalley Parish Council The Duke of Lancaster Benevolent Fund, The Armed Forces Benevolent Fund and Harrisons Engineering

Nearly all Whalley Remembers events are free, but we shall be shaking collection buckets for the Royal British Legion. Please give generously wherever you can. We would really appreciate your help in honouring the sacrifice of the Whalley fallen. Thank you very much.
